Welcome to Mountainview's Accredited Web Training

Overview

Mountainview is an Accredited Global e-Learning Provider (click for details).

We have designed Mountainview's Self-study Training to align with our classroom training.  This in line with the ITIL Official Accreditor's syllabus to ensure the highest level of exam preparation.  The student experiences the same course content as the classroom session.  We has enhanced this by adding supplementary material that is only provided to the instructor thus enlightening the student with rich content that goes beyond the minimum requirements outlined in the syllabus.

After the exam the student will receive an exam coaching report from the examination institute.  This coaching report contains the students performance for each learning unit specified in the syllabus.  The alignment of our course to the syllabus enables the student to understand their strengths and weaknesses based on the exam coaching report.  This is very important in case you must re-sit the exam.

You will receive the coveted ITIL Pin and a Paper Certificate with the hologram after passing the exam.  You can choose only an e-Certificate (PDF) but the pin is what everyone wants to see at a job interview or at a conference.  NOTE: Others charge extra for this!
