1. The pricing is valid for 30 days from the offer date.

2. Travel is the registrant's responsibility. Mountainview assumes no responsibility for non-refundable travel arrangement losses resulting from course scheduling changes or cancellations.

3. Deadline for scheduling a class is 4 weeks before the start date. Additional fees may apply if Mountainview agrees to waive this deadline.

4. Cancellations received more than 21 calendar days before the course start date will be refunded with a 15% cancellation fee; Cancellations received less than 21 calendar days before the course start date cannot be refunded but the full amount of the purchase price can be used as a credit towards other Mountainview courses in the same region for a period of one year from the purchase date.
