Overview
Accredited Mentored Program is a cost effective and
efficient way to acquire your ITIL V3 certification. Once you
participate in the Program you are eligible to take the exam.
This is a blended self-paced course using classroom
presentation material with an ITIL
Expert certified Trainer. One of our Trainers is assigned to you as your
dedicated Mentor. The Mentor is responsible for answering
your questions
and to ensure that you are prepared to successfully pass the Certification
Exam using our preparation and evaluation tools.
The Mentored Program uses the same material that a
Trainer uses to teach the classroom session. In addition, you receive all
of the detailed supplementary references that is provided to our trainers that
will increase your level of knowledge beyond the required
Bloom Level.
The student manual is a printable PDF instead of a hardcopy that you can use
for future
reference.
