Recommended ITIL V3
Expert Certification Tracks
Only 22
out of 38 possible credits are required for the Expert Certificate,
the student can choose various combinations from the Intermediate
Level. The following tracks are only recommendations that suit
various general functional roles.
NOTE: The
Expert Certificate is not a separate course, it is a certificate for
attaining a minimum of 22 credits.
